We finally have a grasp on how to charge per hour including our actual numbers for overhead, labor, profits, etc. His process is so much simpler than what we were doing now that we are starting to set up our pricing matrix’s. Look forward to our next step together!
Mike took the time to go over the system with me. This thing can do it all. Accept payments, send out estimates, receive signed estimates back, and even has a built in map to see the square footage of a certain property. Highly recommended!!!
In early 2018 we began setting up the automations system. It is the best investment I’ve made in my business so far. My average close rate prior to 2018 was between 50% and 53%. After initiating automations, despite increased prices, our close rate was 84% in Mar and 72% in April. In addition to closing more leads, the leads auto populate into the software system from our website form reducing email errors and misspelled names. The initial investment is worth double what they are charging for it. Don’t be afraid to spend the money. 2-3 new customers will cover the cost.
