Client Expectations:

Before live set up and training:

• Fill out product Excel import sheet from Service Autopilot

• Email product Excel sheet to Service Autopilot for Import

• SimpleGrowth is not responsible for product upload nor can SimpleGrowth guarantee the time of upload by Service Autopilot

• If you utilize QuickBooks sync have it completed By Service Autopilot prior to live event

• SimpleGrowth is not responsible for QuickBook sync nor can SimpleGrowth guarantee the time of sync by Service Autopilot

• Client’s logo should be uploaded into Service Autopilot or provided to SimpleGrowth

Before live set up and training or after: (SimpleGrowth will review best practice)

• Client is responsible for entering and maintaining all employees in Service Autopilot

• Client is responsible for entering and maintaining all teams/crews in Service Autopilot

• Client is responsible for entering and maintaining all lead sources in Service Autopilot

• Client is responsible for setting up chemical tracking in Service Autopilot (use free training call with Service Autopilot training team, 1 hour call)

During remote and live Deep Dive sessions:

• Be alert and rested, ready to work on your business and your systems

• Have the ability to be present and participate in the process (stay off cell phone, texting, and taking calls during screen shares and Deep Dive)

• Arrange travel plans to be in Rochester, NY well in advance in case of travel delays (SimpleGrowth is not responsible for travel delays or their time implications)

Our services shall include the following:

1. Verification of Existing Conditions In Service Autopilot

2. Estimates in use (yes or no)

3. Services utilizing matrix correctly (yes or no)

4. Correct formula is used on service matrix (yes or no)

5. Budget hours in use on services (yes or no)

6. Custom fields being utilized on services (yes or no)

2. Price Matrix Blueprint

   1. We will create the services on the blueprint

   2. We will define the custom fields on the blueprint

   3. We will document packages and services in the packages (including timing, minimum days between, and cost per round if that data is available to us)

   4. We will document but not calculate hourly revenue goals per man hour

   5. We will document the hourly breakeven per man hour if that data is available to us

      1. We will not calculate the breakeven per man hour; that information must be provided to us.

      2. We will provide a template to help you verify your own breakeven numbers. SimpleGrowth is not responsible for verifying or calculating this number. You must have this number before you come to the Deep Dive.

   6. We will provide a link to the blueprint to a point of contact within the business for whom the blueprint was generated; the business will not share the blueprint to individuals outside of the business.

   7. Client is responsible for assigning/confirming the chart of accounts to each service after it is set up.

3. Limitations of Services and Subservices

   1. In order to accommodate training and implementation during the Deep Dive, services and subservices will not exceed 70 services + subservices (70 total).

4. Custom Fields

   1. In order to accommodate training and implementation during the Deep Dive, custom fields will not exceed 70 custom fields (70 total).

5. Service Build Out

   1. Up to 70 services/subservices will be created during event

   2. If clients wants to change services or data entry they will be responsible after they are set up during Deep Dive

   3. SimpleGrowth is not responsible for maintaining or updating services, matrix, templates, packages, forms, custom fields, estimate documents, emails, documents, etc after the Deep Dive.

6. Website forms: Long form & short form HTML code is provided by Service Autopilot, client is responsible for implementing on their website.

7. Estimate Grids: Up to 3 grids to showcase clients desired pricing presentation

8. Estimate Templates: Up to 3 templates that will be linked to estimate documents (email & grids)

9. Email Documents: Email estimate for leads and clients, and acceptance email

10. Mater Packages: Up to 3 master packages will be included in Deep Dive

11. On Site Estimate Form: One (1) form will be created and be accessible on desktop and mobiles in the field. All entry points will be on this one form for simplicity.

12. Attendees: Up to 2 people, each additional person $175 to cover catering costs

13. Food and Beverage Services Included: Lunch for 2 people for each day of the in person Deep Dive. Dinner will be provided the night of day one for 2 people.

14. Hours and Calls included in Deep Dive Price:

    1. Three (3), one (1) hour calls via screen share before live Deep Dive

    2. Two (2) days tentatively 9am – 5pm (8 hours covered each day)

    3. Two (2) after Deep Dive to reinforce training form live 2 days

15. Additional work after the Deep Dive:

    1. Can be accomplished at $250 per hour by SimpleGrowth
