Wednesday, May 1 (Bonus day): Strategic Planning/Org Chart/Big 3/Leadership – This will be a full day of workshopping through your company’s org chart, employees’ roles, and strategic planning for the year. We will also discuss how to educate, mentor, and build up tomorrow’s generation of leaders in order to continue growing your business. This day’s purpose is to get any new MasterMind member acclimated to our group, but we are opening it up for anyone in the group to attend! Don’t miss out on this additional bonus day!

Thursday, May 2: This day will be FULL of guest speakers, workshopping, and Q & A’s with Riley Pototschnik, Drew Larison, and a half day teaching/consulting/workshop event with financial expert, Jim Huston. Learn from the TOP experts in the service business industry!

Friday, May 3: We’ll start out the morning with a shop tour of Blue Bell Landscape & Lawn Care on Merritt Island. Following, we’ll go back to the hotel conference room to listen to guest speaker, Jeff Domenick. We’ll conclude the afternoon with a networking activity and hotseat groups. Join us this evening on the Hilton’s back pool deck for a private dinner and open bar and network with your fellow MasterMinds!

The cost to attend this event is $1,197 per person. There is no extra cost to attend the bonus day, but please be sure to select both options on the order form if you (& guests) plan on attending all 3 days. DO NOT select both options if you do not plan on attending the bonus day. You can bring unlimited additional people from your team (or significant others) to this event, BUT the SAME FEE applies to anyone extra you may bring. Payment is due in full upon registration. In the sad event where you’ve registered but can no longer attend, registration fee will be refunded only if requested by April 17, 2024. (Venues must be paid on our end the following day, so we unfortunately cannot refund after that.)

Jim Huston

Jim has over 35 years of diverse business management experience, holds an MBA in finance, and is a Certified Professional Landscape Estimator, which makes him one of only two such CPLE’s in the world. Since 1987, he has been a management consultant to the green industry. He has written seven books that deal specifically with the Landscape, Irrigation, and Tree Service Industries, as well as developed five software programs for this Industry. He’s assisted in the computerization of estimating and/or accounting of hundreds of companies in the green industry. Jim will be speaking, teaching, and workshopping all things financials and estimating for 4 hours of our event! If you need to dial in your numbers, this is NOT an event to miss!

Jeff Domenick

Jeff has been an experienced leader in the landscape industry for over 25 years and has been instrumental in the acquisition, integration, and assimilation of six market-leading lawn & landscape companies across the Southeastern United States, to establish KeyServ’s platform. Before founding KeyServ Company in 2021, Jeff led the Mountain West Division of SiteOne Landscape Supply, where he transformed the region with the acquisition and integration of eleven family-owned companies and achieved strong year-over-year organic growth. Jeff will be speaking about company acquisitions and how to go about them effectively.

Riley Pototschnik

Like his dad, Riley has set out to conquer the green industry with technology and software. After his freshman year of high school, he left the public school system to start businesses. His 1st business, at age 16, was a mobile auto detailing service. After 2 years, he discovered that his true interest was in technology and online marketing, Since then, he’s helped dozens of home-service companies with their websites, digital marketing, and sales strategy through one of his companies he founded, RocketThruster. He also launched a software company called EveryChat which helps companies effectively manage messages from leads, customers, and job applicants. Riley will be speaking about how top companies build million dollar sales funnels.

Drew Larison

Drew went from being a marketing and social media director of a website agency to founding Larison Media in 2015. With Larison Media, he expertises in social media marketing and advertising, SEO services, digital video production, website design and more. Drew has worked with dozens of home service businesses, especially in the green industry. He also founded the Kokomo Post, which is an online platform where his team creates content to inform and entertain his local city of Kokomo, IN. Drew will be speaking on his expertise of marketing and advertising.
