NPS To Social Review For Service Autopilot

With this automation, we will provide you with an automated solution to requesting reviews for services rendered.  We provide your clients with a no pressure pseudo-anonymous survey, and then follow up with them depending on what their net promoter score is.  If they scored between 9 and 10, they will be put into a follow-up sequence to try and get them to provide reviews on your social media. Links are provided for Angie’s List, Yelp, Google, and Facebook.  You can substitute these out for whichever links make sense for your marketing strategy.

It follows up twice annually for all clients who have been with your company for more than a month, and it filters out all clients filtered by Do Not Market.  There is a weekly report that provides you with the results of your marketing campaign.
