biggest issue now is your stage one

business is lead so as you’re looking at

the screen it’s kind of crazy there’s

about 24 million or small businesses uh

including lawn care companies inside

this group now these are only the

businesses have actually registered with

the government to pay taxes so my guess

is there’s probably 35 to 40 million of

these businesses in stage one a and one

B now once we get past that we start

bringing on team members we got two to

three employees running sales about 100

to uh 300 000 a year and there’s about

1.7 million of these small businesses

your biggest issue here is sales how do

we go in and create predictable systems

so what we find in most service

businesses is the owners doing all the

sales and also in the field so they’re

going to sell a lot of work they’re

going to do a lot of work and it says

teeter-totter effect we don’t have

consistent sales now

you may not completely solve this growth

hurdle as we scale to stage number three

but at this point in order to get past

this we need to have somebody full-time

or part-time coming in and in that block

of time all they’re doing is going in

and selling the whole time and trying to
